  If so how do you protect against it, any plugin or anything you
  can advise? I get so much lately it's driving me crazy so any help is very much appreciated.

  what if you added a little information? I ain't suggesting your information is not good, but what if you added a headline
  that grabbed people's attention? I mean pioppo is kinda plain. You
  might look at Yahoo's front page and note how they create post headlines to get viewers to click.
  You might add a video or a pic or two to get people interested about everything've got to say.
  In my opinion, it would bring your blog a little bit more interesting.
